Designed to Train on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Each day has a particular rep scheme total. Monday is 150 rep Strong, Wednesday is 240 Rep Stout, and Friday is 300 Rep Swolt. Lots of Deadlifting, Squatting and Pressing. Plan is 4 weeks long. Program is designed for males and females.
