This is four week plan that gradually increases the squatting to get anyone ready for the big show in October. It is 14 total days of training with a back squat each day followed by some additional total body training. THIS IS NOT SQUATOBER, BUT IS A PREP STRENGTH PLAN FOR SQUATOBER.
