SUMMER STACKED 2 is here. It’s a 24 Day (PUSH / PULL / LEGS) Strength plan. Train 3,4,5,or 6 days per week! It’s at your Discretion. Part 1 2025 had such a huge impact and response, we could not wait any longer to release part two. We have come up with some exciting sets and rep schemes for part 2. Just like the first edition, this is an extremely versatile plan and can fit into anyone’s schedule.
Train 3 Days per week = 8 Week Plan
Train 4 Days per week = 6 Week Plan
Train 5 Days per week = 5 Week plan
Train 6 Days per week = 4 Week Plan
A extremely versatile strength training plan that has Rugged Basic STRENGTH TRAINING followed by Pumps that turn heads at the beach, lake, pool, or just walking around.
Nothing beats looking STACKED for the SUMMER!
Training Time per Session: 55-70 Minutes
And Like all PPSA plans, it is designed for males and females. Plan is very demanding.
