An Eight Week Strength Plan is here!  24 Strength Training sessions that is designed to be performed 3 days per week. Each Day is TOTAL BODY. Each day is designed to be completed in 55-65 minutes. (You must follow the prescribed rest times in order for this to happen) 

Plan involves Squats, Deads, Bulgarians, Hip Thrust, Lunges, Chin/Pull ups, Hinging, Presses, Rows, Shoulder Auxiliary, Arms, Shrugs, and Loaded Carries.  The 8 week formula is designed to ramp you up along the way so you will feel Stronger than a Garlic Milkshake at the conclusion. Great plan for anyone that can invest 3 hours per week towards getting Stronger.
