You can just plug and play at your discretion. Great for people who travel. Every Session will have a time duration between 30-45 minutes. The Menu is loaded with variety and great combinations.
At a hotel with only some Dumbbells? Hit a session from the DB only Page. Are you between plans and just need some quick strength training? Want some quick extra strength training to hit on a weekend?
