The Sport STRENGTH plan has arrived. Become Strong and Explosive for any Sport. This Plan has 36 Total Body Training Days. Yes, you read that correct. Great comprehensive Strength Plan for Males/Female Athletes of any sport. This plan can be utilized in an OFF-SEASON or IN-SEASON setting. It includes a pre lift Warm up, Strength Plan, and has recommended general conditioning to perform each training day. Basic Experience of performing Olympic Lift variations is needed to be able to utilize this plan effectively. 

If you use it as an OFF-season (3-4 lifts per week), this plan gives you 9-12 weeks of Training. 

If you use it as an IN-season (2 Days per week), this plan gives you 18 weeks of Training.
