Mass that Lasts was one of the first three plans offered by PPSA. The Remastered edition is finally here. This Strength plan has 20 Training Days which should give you 5 solid training weeks if you follow the traditional 4 day split. (Train Mon/Tue, rest Wed, Train Thur/Fri).
Plan has unique split. There is the big Compound day (Strength that doesn’t wash off in the shower). Yes, a day featuring the Squat, Bench, and Dead all in the same day. And there is the (Accessory Strength) day which features tons of Upper Body Super Sets to support the big Compound Days.
This is a great plan for Power Lifters and Strength Enthusiasts to grab.
