The Back Squat shows up in all 21 days, followed with other great compound movements to balance out the strength gains.  Just to be clear, this is not SQUATOBER!!  This is a Strength Training plan to prep you for SQUATOBER. 
A great plan to start in August. Start it the first week of August, train 3 days per week and you have a 7 week prep program that will give you a week of rest right before SQUATOBER kicks off. Want to train more often, then go 4 or 5 or even 6 days per week. The 21 days gives you planning options.
