Finally, a strength training plan that focuses on getting a massive CLEAN has arrived. This is a 24 Day Training plan that has some form of the CLEAN involved each day. Plan is designed to Train 3 Days per week(Plan will last 8 weeks).
The first 12 days (4 weeks) emphasizes getting a great foundation of building up your work capacity. The remaining four weeks changes gears and quickly ramps you up to some big time sets and reps in all of the major lifts.
If you do not have a strong foundation and understanding of doing cleans and variations of the cleans, this is not a good strength plan for you to purchase.
This is not a plan to purchase if you are trying to learn how to clean. You need to know how to clean very well prior to taking on a plan such as this. Improving your technique will quickly help improve your clean numbers. This plan does not address and improve your clean technique, for that is your sole responsibility to do on your own.
We highly recommend that you are eating/hydrating well and getting good sleep when you are tackling a training plan like this.
This 24 Day plan does not include any Snatch or Jerk Variations.
