SQUATOBER is near. If you want to be READY & PREPARED, then this is a great Strength Plan to do to get the job done. It features 24 Training sessions!! Every session begins with some STRONG lower body training followed with a balanced dose of upper body. Yes, Total Body each session, just like Squatober!
Just to be clear, this is not SQUATOBER!! This is a Strength Training plan to prep you for SQUATOBER.
Plan is designed to train on a Monday/Wednesday/ Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday Frequency. This plan will last 8 weeks.
Another great way to use utilize the plan is simply train every other day. With this frequency, this plan will last seven weeks.
This is a great plan to start in the beginning of August and you should finish up right before Squatober begins.
If you want to start this plan in September, you could do four weeks of it, then crush Squatober, then finish the last four weeks in November.
You could also choose to turn up your frequency and do this plan 4 to 5 days a week as well.
This is also a great strength plan, if you do not intend to do Squatober.
