Basic Experience of performing Olympic Lift variations is needed to be able to utilize this plan effectively.
If you use it as an OFF-season (3-4 lifts per week), this plan gives you 9-12 weeks of Training.
If you use it as an IN-season (2 Days per week), this plan gives you 18 weeks of Training.
