A Strength Plan Formula that was originated and tested many times over during 2008 just got way more TURNT UP. A very aggressive 3 day total body plan that utilizes the Super Set Method. Designed to Train on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Each day has a particular rep scheme total. Monday is 250 rep Strong, Wednesday is 375 Rep Stout, and Friday is 500 Rep Swolt. Lots of Deadlifting, Squatting and Pressing. Plan is 4 weeks long. Program is designed for males and females. Never Underestimate a Three Day per week Strength Plan. This plan is very demanding. It’s like the Original Turnt Up but way more TURNT UP !!!
